Once you have selected a rental property view, please click on the request to view button to set an appointment with one of our professional leasing representatives.  

A rental application can be filled out on line and sent in with your fee or you may download the application and fill it out later.  A rental application will need to be filled out by all individuals over the age of 18. An application fee of $30.00 will be needed to process your submission. Application fees can be paid with credit card, cash or money orders.  

The Following is our criteria to process your rental application:

1. Credit check
2. Sources of income
3. Banking
4. Current and Prior landlords

Attachments needed along with your rental application:

1. 2 most recent  income sources 
2. Copy of Driver’s License
3. Copy of Social Security card

All applications are processed on “First Come, First Served” basis. All units are rented to the best qualified prospective resident. Once the application has been approved, a deposit will need be posted on the rental property. All deposits are to be paid by: Cashier’s Check, or Money Order.
